1. Introduction

Welcome to GhostForge (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. These govern your use of our online store and the purchase of our products.

2. Services Offered

GhostForge creates high-quality wooden products using precision laser cutting and engraving:

• Custom wooden gifts

• Personalized décor

• Laser cut items

• Engraved products

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept EFT, credit cards, and PayFast.
Orders will not proceed until payment clears. If payment is not received within 7 days, orders may be cancelled.

Production timeline begins only after both payment AND final design approval. Any design revisions after approval reset the production timeline.

4. Shipping & Returns

We ship within South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by region and product.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless defective or damaged. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photographic proof. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Once a design/mock-up is approved, no changes may be made after production begins.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, content, and product concepts on this website belong solely to GhostForge. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

If you provide artwork/designs, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them. GhostForge is not responsible for infringement claims arising from client supplied artwork.

GhostForge may showcase completed work in marketing or portfolio displays unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

6. Confidentiality & POPIA

Client information is confidential. We comply with POPIA and only process personal information for communication and order fulfilment purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

GhostForge is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific item.

GhostForge is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Using our website after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
