• Standard processing: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends).

• Larger or complex custom requests: add 2–3 days for detailed finishing.

• Express Crafting Service: optional R200 fee to prioritize your order.

Shipping & Courier

• All parcels shipped via The Courier Guy.

• Delivery: 2–3 working days once dispatched.

• Tracking information is provided when your item leaves our workshop.

• Flat rate: R160 per order.

• Free delivery for orders over R1000.
